How to order?

Oleme teinud tellimise Sinu jaoks võimalikult lihtsaks.

1. When you found the suitable product, please choose possible additional options (size/length, connectors etc) and press Add to cart.

2. Cart can be seen on the left menu and in upper Shop menu. When you have chosen all products, press Checkout. Please fill out all required forms and add delivery information.

3. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary on your e-mail.

We do not ensure the availability of all products. If we are unable to deliver ordered products, we will contact you as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days from order confirmation. In this case we will refund the payment.

What are the available payment methods?

You are able to use invoice as a payment on our online shopping checkout process. Bank details: Coop Pank IBAN EE804204278602055207 and SWIFT/BIC EKRDEE22. Please include invoice number when paying.

It is possible to pay in cash when choosing pick-up from our office for delivery option.

What are the delivery methods?

After we have confirmed your payment, we will ship your order using currier or pick-up points. Please indicate your preferred delivery option when making an order. It is also possible to pick up your order from our office – Ilmatsalu tn 3b, Tartu.

Delivery in Estonia is free for orders over 200€.
