Before making a purchase, please review our terms and conditions.

We’ve made ordering as easy as possible for you.

  1. Once you’ve found the right product, make sure to check the available options (product length/size, choice of connectors, etc.) and click the Add to Cart button.

  2. You can view your shopping cart in the left menu and sub-menu of the store. Once the necessary products are in the cart, click the Checkout button. (The contents of your cart will remain even if you leave the cart page.) This will open the order confirmation page. Please fill in all the required fields and be sure to add your delivery preferences. No separate account is needed to complete the order.

  3. After entering your billing details, we will send a notification to your email address confirming the receipt of your order.

Product availability shown on the online store is not guaranteed. If the ordered product cannot be delivered, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of finding out. In such cases, the full purchase amount will be refunded immediately after the product’s unavailability is confirmed.

Reservation

If you are unable to purchase the product right now, we offer the option to reserve the desired item. To make a reservation, you need to pay a 50% deposit of the product’s price. We will hold the product until the agreed time, and the item will be shipped once the full amount is paid. To make a reservation, send us an email at abi@kukkumiskaitse.ee.

If the reservation is canceled, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

In our online store, you can pay using a bank link or via bank transfer (EUR). For payment via invoice, the recipient is Kukkumiskaitse OÜ; Coop Bank IBAN: EE804204278602055207 and SWIFT/BIC EKRDEE22. Please include the invoice number in the payment reference.

If you pick up the goods at the office, payment can be made in cash.

For a client, friend, or loved one, whether for a birthday or Christmas… You can purchase a Kukkumiskaitse.ee gift card from our online store or Tartu showroom, and choose the value yourself.

After payment, we will send the goods via courier to the address specified by the customer or to a suitable DPD parcel machine. The courier delivery will reach you within 1-2 business days after the dispatch of the goods. For parcel machine delivery, the package will arrive according to the DPD delivery schedule, and the customer will be notified via SMS.

You can also pick up the goods in person at the Kukkumiskaitse office (Vitamiini 6a, Tartu – please call in advance at +372 56 111 024).

If the order total exceeds €200, delivery within Estonia is free of charge (excluding special projects).

For deliveries outside of Estonia, shipping is arranged upon agreement. Please contact us by sending an email to abi@kukkumiskaitse.ee or by calling +372 56 111 024.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days without providing a reason and exchange or return the ordered product(s). The 14-day period starts from the day the customer receives the notification of the order’s arrival at the terminal or from the moment the goods are received via courier or in person. The right to withdraw applies only to individuals who have made a purchase from our online store and does not apply to legal entities.

To cancel the purchase, the customer must submit a withdrawal notice within 14 days of receiving the goods/notification of arrival to the email address abi@kukkumiskaitse.ee. Within the 14-day period following the submission of the notice, the customer must return the goods to our office (Vitamiini 6a, Tartu) or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the logistics company within the specified period. Once the product has been returned, we will send a confirmation to your email address.

Kukkumiskaitse will refund the customer’s purchase amount without delay, but no later than 30 days from receiving the return request. The customer is responsible for covering the costs related to the return. If the order included a delivery fee, Kukkumiskaitse will refund this cost.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the product must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality, as would be allowed in a physical store for product testing.

The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Products with removed tags
  • Products used under incorrect conditions or not in accordance with the instructions for use
  • Products stored in incorrect conditions or not in accordance with the instructions for use
  • Products that have been improperly maintained and are mechanically damaged (burns, cuts, tears, chemical damage, etc.)
  • Products showing signs of use

In all the cases listed above, the goods will be returned to the sender and no refund will be provided.

Products are subject to a 2-year complaint period under the law, and defects must be reported within 2 months of discovering the issue. If a product defect occurs, please immediately stop using the product.

Complaints should be sent to the email address abi@kukkumiskaitse.ee. In the complaint, please include the customer’s name and contact details, the date of the complaint, the product defect, the claim made to Kukkumiskaitse OÜ, and attach a document proving the purchase or the order number.

If a product purchased online has defects for which Kukkumiskaitse is responsible, Kukkumiskaitse will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Kukkumiskaitse will refund all fees associated with the sales contract (the refund will be made to the same bank account from which the order was paid) no later than 14 business days from the return of the product.

Kukkumiskaitse is not responsible for damages caused by the improper use of the ordered products, nor for delays in delivery caused by circumstances that Kukkumiskaitse could not influence and/or by force majeure.

Kukkumiskaitse will not reimburse the customer for expenses incurred due to non-compliance or defects of the product if the product’s value has decreased/damaged due to the customer’s fault, defects have occurred due to improper use of the product (including failure to follow the instructions), the product’s value has decreased due to natural wear and tear during normal use, or if there is no proof of purchase. In such cases, the product cost and other expenses will not be refunded.
