Safety systems
Customized safety systems to match your needs and environment
Roof anchors and safety systems for fall prevention and rope access are available as standard solutions or specifically tailored to meet client needs and preferences.
As a supplier and installer of safety systems, we offer solutions adapted to your requirements and possibilities: vertical and horizontal lifelines, safety rails, roof ladder safety tracks, free-standing guardrails, roof anchors, and more.
To ensure complete safety, safety systems must be adapted to the environment and the specific risks present. We assist in identifying potential fall hazards and developing a safety system tailored to your needs.
Collective protective equipment
Guardrails
Guardrails are collective protective equipment used in high-risk fall zones to prevent falls to a lower level or into openings on the ground. These barriers allow safe movement up to a certain point and define hazardous areas.
When installed along roof edges or around machinery, the guardrail enables access without the use of fall protection equipment, ensuring user safety. It can be ordered as either a permanent or removable installation.
Guardrails comply with the EN 14122-3 standard.
Kukkumiskaitsevõred
Fall protection nets are installed to prevent users and objects from falling through openings in surfaces (such as smoke hatches, roof openings, etc.).
The galvanized steel wire mesh with 90×90 mm openings is suitable for use on various types of structures and does not require access underneath the structure. It is fastened with stainless steel screws, and waterproofing is ensured with EPDM fasteners and Vulca seals. The fall protection net has an impact resistance of 1200 J.
Anchor points
Anchorage points, which can be installed on different structures, provide the user with optimal safety against falls from heights.
The anchorage posts we offer can be used both as standalone anchorage points and as supports for the safety system.
Horizontal systems
Horizontal cable system
The horizontal cable system (with a slope of up to 15°) is a flexible safety system that allows the worker to move away from the system without disconnecting. The distance between intermediate posts can be up to 15 meters.
The system allows connection and movement along the entire length of the cable. For additional safety, the system is equipped with a fall indicator.
Various anchor posts and attachments are available for the installation of the cable system, and it can be installed on almost any type of structure.
The horizontal safety cable complies with the EN 795 class C standard.
Horizontal rail system
The horizontal rail system (with a slope of up to 15°) is suitable for use on various structures to provide protection against falling from heights.
The system is designed to work under tension and load, allowing the worker to move freely across its entire length, even when moving away from the system. It can be installed on both the working surface (e.g., roofs) and on the user’s location (e.g., cranes or industrial equipment).
The horizontal safety rail complies with the EN 795 class D standard.
Vertical systems
Vertical cable system
A flexible system designed for access structures such as ladders, towers, masts, etc., allowing free movement across the entire length of the cable.
The cable is permanently guided and does not require repositioning before, after, or during use. It enables bidirectional movement and connection across the full length of the cable.
The fall-arresting cable system complies with the EN 353-2 standard.
Vertical rail system
Designed for installation on access structures such as ladders, towers, masts, etc., to ensure free and safe movement of the user throughout the full height of the structure. It allows attachment directly to the ladder rungs.
The vertical rail system is a rigid system designed for significant heights, ensuring comfortable movement both upwards and downwards.
The rigid vertical safety rail complies with the EN 353-1 standard.
