1. Principles for Ensuring the Quality of Curricula
1.1. Continuing education curricula are developed according to the requirements outlined in the Continuing Education Standard.
1.2. The development of curricula is based on the continuing education needs of Estonian companies and their employees, with adjustments made as needed in response to changing requirements, laws, and the evolving labor market.
1.3. Feedback from previous training sessions is also considered when creating and modifying curricula.
1.4. Training is tailored to the level and needs of the training group.

2. Principles for Ensuring the Quality of Trainers
2.1. Trainings are conducted by recognized professionals in their respective fields, possessing both theoretical and practical expertise.
2.2. Trainers regularly engage in professional and pedagogical development.
2.3. Trainers conducting continuing education sessions have experience in adult education.
2.4. Specific qualification requirements for trainers are outlined in the curricula.

3. Principles for Ensuring the Quality of the Learning Environment
3.1. Kukkumiskaitse trainings are usually conducted as in-house trainings at the client’s premises. Requirements for the learning environment are specified in the curriculum.
3.2. The teaching materials used for practical work are primarily provided by Kukkumiskaitse OÜ, and their condition is checked as necessary, but at least once a year.
3.3. The size of Kukkumiskaitse training groups varies and is determined based on the training and the client’s requirements.

4. Customer Communication
4.1. The primary language of customer communication is Estonian; Russian and English are used when necessary.

5. Data Protection Terms

6. Procedure for Collecting Feedback on Continuing Education

6.1. At the end of each training session, the trainer collects feedback from participants regarding the organization and content of the training. Participants are encouraged to make suggestions for improvements.
6.2. Based on the feedback, appropriate changes and improvements are made to maintain the high quality of curricula, trainers, and training organization.
